Hi I’m Shiri, I have been a yoga teacher for more than ten years and recently a warm water therapist practitioner.

Steam Punk Sauna was born from an amazing experience I had at the beach, a cold plunge in the sea in between a warm session in the sauna - what bliss.

The hot and cold experience has become popular over the last few years due to its health benefits for both the body and mind. 

Sharing my passions of yoga, water therapy and health, I converted a horse float into an awesome mobile sauna. Now I can share the sauna experience, in a variety of locations throughout Victoria and the beautiful Dandenong Ranges where I live.
